JKMAX URGENT PRODUCT SAFETY RECALL NOTICE

Apology Statement

We offer our sincere apologies. Certain JKMAX‑branded heated blankets and heating pads sold on Amazon have been identified by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) as posing serious safety hazards. We are now voluntarily launching a recall of these products.

Full details regarding the scope of the recall, product identification, safety risks, refund procedures, and support channels are provided below.

RECALL RETURN & REFUND PROCESS

  1. Disconnect power and cease use right away: Unplug the heated blanket and never use it again.
  2. Disable the power cord: Cut the entire power cord completely to render the blanket inoperable and prevent reuse.
  3. Prepare supporting materials: Provide your Amazon order number for this product, the unit price paid upon purchase, clear photos of the blanket itself, the controller and the controller plug, and a clear photo of the product care label with the model number clearly visible.
  4. Write on the controller: Write on the controller with permanent marker with the word "Recalled" and your last name.
  5. Contact us to request a return label: Send clear photos of the cut power cord and damaged blanket, along with the aforementioned materials, to our dedicated recall email: Jkmaxrecall@outlook.com. Please note that due to a high volume of recent inquiries, our customer service team is currently very busy. We will respond to your message as soon as possible, within 2 weeks of receipt. After we review your submission, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
  6. Return the product: Once you receive the return label, pack the cut power cord, damaged blanket, controller, and plug securely, and ship the package according to the return label instructions.
  7. Refund after return: After we receive the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
