We offer our sincere apologies. Certain JKMAX‑branded heated blankets and heating pads sold on Amazon have been identified by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) as posing serious safety hazards. We are now voluntarily launching a global recall of these products.

RECALL APPLICATION PROCESS
- Disconnect power and cease use right away: Unplug the heated blanket and never use it again.
- Disable the power cord: Cut the entire power cord completely to render the blanket inoperable and prevent reuse.
- Prepare supporting materials: Provide your Amazon order number for this product, the unit price paid upon purchase, clear photos of the blanket itself, the controller and the controller plug.
- Send clear photos of the cut power cord and damaged blanket, along with the aforementioned materials, to our dedicated recall email: Jkmaxrecall@outlook.com.
- Dispose of the product safely: After sending your email, please discard the destroyed blanket per local household waste regulations. Our team will follow up with you within 5 business days upon receipt of your email.
